Still Stinging The Scene - blog post image

Still Stinging The Scene

Returning back to home turf once again after an Eastern States album tour from August, local heavyweight trio Red Bee will be flying the flag for their boundary-pushing groove metal at Katoomba's Hotel Gearin this Saturday. Supported by the rising talent of Mofo Is Dead, London The Band and Grill, 'The Bee will be cementing their reputation as firm fan favourites by also filming a music video for the track 'Chasing Shadows', third track of latest LP release Silent Enemy

This will be their first hometown show since launching the album at the Gearin in May of this year, the location that also withstood the 'hectic' launch for 2012's Ictus album. Fresh from touring over 12 dates and counting, including performances at Melbourne's Amped and Lithgow's Resilience festivals, the devoted and untamed energy of these coastal audiences will be radiating from the trio to resonate through the Gearin's intimate surrounds for Mountains friends, family and fellow supporters of prime Aussie heaviness.

To be immortalised in the 'Chasing Shadows' clip and show support to your local music community, Red Bee are encouraging fans to arrive early, being prepared to really move. Maybe bring some earplugs...
